Refunds

We offer a full refund on any items that are damaged upon arrival. Photo evidence is required before a refund/exchange can be issued.

We are unable issue a refund/exchange on items that are not damaged upon arrival due to potential hygiene and contamination risks with the custom-filled perfume oils.

After photo-evidence of damaged items has been received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original method of payment. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.
